What happens if I need to cancel?

Please allow 24 hours notice prior to canceling any session. We will do our best to schedule another time for your session that accommodates both of our schedules. We allow clients one reschedule for weather or any unforeseen circumstance. Should you need to cancel/reschedule twice you will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.

How long will it take for me to receive my images?
Turn around time is usually 2 weeks. If it will be longer, you will be notified prior to scheduling your session. We will post one sneak peek photo on our Facebook page 2-3 days after your session. Be sure to “Like” our page so that you are able to see the photo.

Will my images be used for marketing purposes?
Since Enjoying Now Photography retains the copyright to your photos, we do use them for marketing primarily on our Facebook page, blog and website. If you have any objection to this please let us know prior to your session. If any of your photos are submitted for publication, you will be contacted in advance for permission.

Why didn't I receive a copy of every pose we took during our session?
While we wish every picture that we took were perfect, occasionally there are variables {often outside our immediate control} that make a picture or series of pictures unusable. Thank you for trusting our expertise in selecting the best possible pictures for you.

Can you make any editing changes to my photo's after I receive images?
Once we are finished with your images and they are delivered to you, we are no longer able to make any additional edits.

Can I purchase unedited copies of all my photos?
Unfortunately, that is not a service that we choose to offer at this time.

Do you allow people to share images on social media?
Yes. However, we do ask that you credit Enjoying Now Photography when you do post/share your images. You may use either our website, Facebook page or Instagram handle to give credit within the post.

Do you give me color and black & white copies of every photo?
At Enjoying Now Photography we believe that your photographs are a collaborative work of art that continues through the editing process. One of our goals, as your photographer, is to present you with photo’s that we would love to have hanging in our own homes. Some photo’s are best in color while others become more poignant without it.

All that to say, if you wish to have both color and black and white copies, you will need to notify us prior to your session.  We do not automatically give you both unless it is requested.

Why do we sign a contract?
A contract provides both you and I an outline of what’s expected on both sides for our project together. It makes us partners and collaborators with realistic and clear goals, which always provides for a better experience.
